- The Denver Broncos signed Mustipher after he was not selected in the 2023 NFL draft. Mustipher had previously played at Penn State University in Pennsylvania.
- During his tenure at McDonogh School, he was a four-time letterman and a two-time team captain. He also completed his high school education. During his first year with the Eagles, he was instrumental in producing a 9-1 record and winning the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) Championship.
- Not only was Mustipher chosen to participate in the Under Armour All-America Game during his high school years, but he also earned a spot on the first team of the USA Today All-USA Maryland Football Team during his senior year. Following the conclusion of his senior year, the Maryland High School Football Foundation honored him with the title of consensus all-state in the year 2016.
- His defensive tackle position at Penn State earned him a total of 38 tackles, 19 of which were solo, along with a tackle for loss and a quarterback hurry. He started 13 games at defensive tackle. Additionally, he was selected as the Defensive Player of the Game by the coaching staff (Northwestern, 10/1), and he was picked as a team captain for the second consecutive season during his senior year.
- Following the conclusion of his undergraduate career, he was named to the All-Big Ten second team by the coaches and the third team by the media. Additionally, he was honored with AP All-Big Ten second-team accolades. Furthermore, he was honored with the Tim Shaw Thrive Award from Penn State University as well as the Lions Pride Outstanding Senior Player Award.
