The Miami Heat’s Twitter Reaction to Their Victory Against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday
The Miami Heat’s victory on Wednesday night helped them to emerge from their slump.
That’s probably what a lot of Miami Heat supporters yelled when their team defeated the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night, snapping their seven-game losing streak.
Jimmy Butler recorded 31 points, seven rebounds, and six assists as he continued to play like a great. Tyler Herro finished with 14 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists, almost achieving a triple double of his own. With 16 points and 11 rebounds, Bam Adebayo also had a strong performance. He made many difficult baskets at the hoop.
Most importantly, Miami won for the first time since January 15.The Kings’ backcourt play was lackluster despite Domantas Sabonis’ triple-double and Keegan Murray’s 33-point effort. Star De’Aaron Fox and Malik Monk combined for a meager 19 points, making 7 of 24 field goals and putting up 8 percent from 3-point range.
Miami, on the other hand, made six 3-pointers from backup guard Josh Richardson as they shot 46 percent from that range. Richardson scored the most points of the season with his 24-point outing.
Terry Rozier finished with three points on one of eight field goal attempts, another lackluster performance. On the other hand, supporters valued his ability to play the point guard position and facilitate.
“Even with his shot not falling, Rozier’s speed and athleticism easily makes him an upgrade,” a user commented. “Once he gets in a groove it’ll be beautiful.”
Hopefully, the Heat make use of this momentum on Friday night when they take on the Washington Wizards (9-38).
