Josh Heupel, the head coach of Tennessee’s football team, has frequently encouraged his family over his nearly three-year tenure.
Heupel answered without hesitation when asked what he would be doing on Tennessee’s open day in early October.
“On Saturday morning, I’m going to get the opportunity to see my son play football, and later on, my daughter and I will sit down to watch a game or two,” Heupel stated.
Before home games, the Tennessee head coach is frequently spotted tossing the football with his children on the Neyland Stadium field.
Following Tennessee’s victory over Texas A&M on Saturday night in Knoxville, Karthik Venkataraman of WBIR was able to record a touching moment between Heupel and his kids.
