Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins Talk About the Chance of Higgins Leaving the Bengals: “I don’t intend to go that far.”
Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase, two wide receivers for the Bengals, were on Up & Adams this week. Kay Adams discussed Higgins’s impending free agency and the likelihood that he won’t play for the Bengals any longer.
Of course, Higgins can be franchised by the Bengals in the future, rendering this whole discussion irrelevant.
Chase responded, “No, not yet,” when asked if he thought Higgins might go. “I’m not attempting to go that far at all.”
While he was comparing the greatest offer Cincinnati could produce with the best offer he could obtain on the market, Higgins called Chase his wingman.
Regarding Chase, Higgins remarked, “That’s my wingman.” Playing with this man is so much fun. In every facet of my game, he improves me, and vice versa.”
In terms of NFL receiving yards since 2020, the two have created magic on the field together, ranking 19th (Chase) and 20th (Higgins).
“We’re not self-centered,” Chase explained when asked how their collaboration has been so successful. We are going to feed it to whoever has the hot hand. We are able to take advantage of one another. The most important thing, in my opinion, is that we cooperate when playing football because we know when to attempt to get each other on the same side to shift the double teams around.”
