News of gunfire near the parade route and the gathering at Union Station in downtown Kansas City following the march’s completion surfaced on Wednesday. Since the tragedy, numerous groups and teams have expressed their prayers and thoughts.

Tyrann Mathieu, a great safety for the New Orleans Saints, was a Chiefs player. The fans favored him.

Mathieu revealed on Twitter (X) that he still resides in Kansas City with his family. His kid was present for the procession.
