According to numerous rumors, Klint Kubiak is anticipated to join the New Orleans Saints as their offensive coordinator after Sunday’s Super Bowl.
Kubiak, 36, is the son of Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak, who led the team to four Super Bowl victories in 2015 after winning three as an assistant coach. From 2016 to 2018, Klint was an offensive assistant for the Broncos. In 2022, he returned to Denver as the quarterbacks coach and coordinator of the passing .
Klint was hired by the San Francisco 49ers to coordinate their offensive passing game after the Broncos let go of the majority of Nathaniel Hackett’s staff in early 2023. Klint was an offensive coordinator for one season while coaching the Minnesota Vikings from 2019 to 2021, before starting his second job in Denver.
Klint has two brothers: Klein, a scout for the Dallas Cowboys, and Klay, an assistant quarterbacks coach with the 49ers. From 2014 to 2019, Klein was employed by the Broncos as well.
