Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer is leaving.
Ryan Grubb, the offensive coordinator, heads one of the best coaching staffs Coach DeBoer has put together in the last month. According to current reports, Grubb is already on his way out of Tuscaloosa and back to Seattle to call plays for the NFL’s Seattle Hawks.
Now that Coach DeBoer has to find a replacement for his play-caller, Alabama faces a major challenge, but I beg Tide supporters to calm down. Actually, it’s not nearly as significant as a lot of people are portraying it to be.
This is the reason:
In addition to his track record of success on the field, Coach DeBoer has consistently demonstrated his ability to assemble a superb coaching staff. Being a coach in Alabama is highly appealing, and DeBoer is aware of what he wants.
