Soon after Sunday’s 48-32 playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones described the game as the most “painful” of his lengthy career.

This seems like the most painful [playoff loss], since we all had such great expectations and anticipation for this club,” Jones said to reporters. “I felt like we were in perfect alignment and shape, but it didn’t work out for us.

Jones’ club has won three Super Bowls, but their dismal postseason performance is currently what has made them most famous.
