Prescott has a few football-related items on his plate prior to that date.He is certain that a new contract will be obtained, so he is looking for one.
Jerry Jones, the owner of the Cowboys, stated that he is not scared to lose Prescott, but if a deal cannot be reached, QB1 will go undrafted in 2025. Prescott signed a four-year, $160 million contract in 2021, and as a direct result of that pact, the Cowboys are unable to franchise or transfer him.
Regarding the completion of a new contract, Prescott stated, “I’m definitely confident.” “That’s a process, in my opinion, since it benefits the team and the numbers. That is understood by both parties. Everything is excellent. That is going to occur.
Additionally, he learned that his supervisor declared the team to be “all-in” for the 2024 campaign. Prescott, who was often upbeat, wasn’t exactly sure what that implied.
He said, “I’ve heard that one.” “I must admit, I’m eager to watch it. I’m not sure. We’ll see. I can’t claim that I’ve discussed what is all-in and how Jones intends to make those movements with him.

Prescott typically has a really insightful outlook on life. As he did while talking about changing baby MJ’s diapers (he changed the first one), he talks about being blessed. He accepts responsibility for his mistakes, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and keeps up his positive example of what the franchise’s face should be.
