    With longtime NFL executive Duke Tobin’s departure today, the Cincinnati Bengals will begin the search for a new president of the.

    After the new recruit joins the company, Kupchak, 69, who has been the team’s general manager and president of basketball operations since 2018, will take on an advising position.

    After the season, Kupchak’s contract was supposed to expire. Michael Jordan, who sold the franchise to Rick Schnall and Gabe Plotkin the previous season, was the one who initially hired him.

    The Hornets went into the season with a lot of anticipation. However, they are only 11-41 and will be playing for the seventh consecutive season without guaranteeing a postseason berth.

    Kupchak never achieved the same level of success in Charlotte despite being a ten-time NBA champion while playing and running the Los Angeles Lakers. Since Kupchak took management, the Hornets are 176-259, have only had one winning season, and have never advanced to the postseason.
