Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, is the father of the woman who has filed a defamation action.
According to Alexandra Davis, she is the focus of a discrediting campaign that aims to ruin her reputation.
Refiling a defamation lawsuit last week, the woman claims Jerry Jones is her biological father and that he and his accomplices conspired to paint her in the public eye as an extortionist demanding a multimillion-dollar settlement.
According to 26-year-old congressional assistant Alexandra Davis, Jones and his group of attorneys, media experts, and marketing specialists devised a scheme to ruin her name by denouncing her in public as a “shake-down artist” driven by money and greed..
In March 2022, Davis filed a lawsuit against Jones in an attempt to be acknowledged as his biological daughter. She accused Jones of carrying out a deliberate and fraudulent attack on her reputation in a defamation lawsuit she filed in March of this year.
The defamation case from this week was partially rejected by a federal judge one month ago, but Davis was given the chance to bring a new lawsuit.. Some of the alleged defamatory allegations regarding Davis, according to the judge, were either true or not. He further decided that Davis met the requirements to be considered a restricted public figure, which calls for evidence of the defendants’ malice.
