Joe Burrow Bengals QB receives a suspension note.
After a saying his intentions to the Cincinnati Bengals fans QB Joe Burrow recieved a letter of suspension from the NFL manager.
He plays for UCF if the name seems familiar. If you don’t watch the Knights very much, but you did watch the team play LSU in the Fiesta Bowl, you might remember that Evans was the one who made fun of Joe Burrow when the Tigers quarterback was on the ground following a big hit. After an interception, Burrow was trying to tackle a UCF player when he was tackled from behind.
Burrow made a mistake and paid the price for it since he did not keep his head down. Evans was reported for taunting during the play, but it looks like he’s still having to pay for it.
If you don’t recall the game, Burrow overcame Evans’ clocking and went on to complete 21 of 34 passes for 394 yards and four touchdowns in a 40-32 victory over UCF.
One anonymous fan wrote Evans a note to remind him of what transpired in the Fiesta Bowl, just in case he forgot. The letter is postmarked from Birmingham, Alabama, but lacks a return address. Check it out, as Evans’ Instagram account was used by UCF_problems to upload a picture of the letter:
