Breaking News: Joel Glazer Owner of Tampa Bay Buccaneers Just Announced that Todd Bowles is no Longer…

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ owner, Joel Glazer, has announced that Todd Bowles is no longer with the team.

The Glazers’ ownership of Manchester United has angered a lot of supporters, and their recent behavior at an NFL game may have heightened those feelings.

Following their victory on Sunday, Bryan, Joel, and Avram Glazer thanked the players, coaches, front office staff, and support staff of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Bucs’ third straight victory astounded Manchester United’s owners.

The NFL team’s owners, Bryan, Joel, and Avram Glazer, watched the 2021 Super Bowl winners defeat the Green Bay Packers 34–20 on Sunday at Lambeau Field. Following the game, the players, coach, front desk, and support personnel walked into the locker room and congratulated each other individually.

Many smiled when the Buccaneers roared to a 50% winning record this season and assumed the lead in the NFL South. Manchester United fans, who have a history of keeping their distance and who have heard more and more calls to sell the team over the years, may get enraged by the way the Glazers have treated the Bucs.

Old Trafford hasn’t hosted a Premier League triumph since Sir Alex Ferguson’s final season in charge in 2013. With just four points from six games, they finished last in their group for the second time ever. They haven’t won the Champions League since 2008.

Even worse, they scored the fewest points in Champions League history while giving up the most goals (15 overall) of any Premier League team during the competition’s group stage. The amount of debt the Glazers have caused the team to accrue is another grievance that the fans have with them. United has racked up more than £1 billion in debt since their contentious acquisition in 2005.Furthermore, the American family has not made significant financial investments to update stadiums and training facilities, as Cristiano Ronaldo hinted to in his contentious 2022 interview with Piers Morgan. Some connected to the 20-time league champions have expressed dissatisfaction with their removal from the directors’ box and have been accused of neglecting to communicate with staff and supporters on a regular basis.

Since the Glazer family acquired the team in 2005, the majority of Manchester United’s fan base has not been fond of them (image: Phil Duncan/ProSports/REX/Shutterstock).

Joel Glazer hasn’t been to an Old Trafford game since United’s 1-0 Champions League quarterfinal defeat to Barcelona in 2019. Avram Glazer attended the United men’s Carabao Cup and FA Cup finals, as well as the women’s FA Cup final, at Wembley Stadium last season. They frequently attend Buccaneers games. The United squad managed to hold on for a point against Liverpool while the Florida side was defeating the Packers at Anfield.

The Reds were awful in the last third of the game and were unable to strike the back of the net, even though they had 34 shots to “The Red Devils'” eight. The red half of Manchester might benefit much from a draw with their closest rivals after suffering a crushing 3-0 home loss to Bournemouth the previous week.

After defeating Brighton 2-0, Arsenal has reclaimed the top spot in the Premier League. Erik Ten Hag’s team was the first to defeat Liverpool at home this season.
