A few hours ago, Jose Riveiro, the head coach of Orlando, was sacked.
In their past five league games, the Pirates have won two, lost one, and drawn twice.
Speaking to the media on Saturday in Umlazi, Riveiro preferred to concentrate on the next league games rather than get into specifics about giving up points.
“We advance to the next point after dropping two points on Saturday. Up to the Christmas break, we have 15 points to play, so now would be a good time to assess where we are and why. “I think you can answer the issue yourself if we’re losing more points than we would like to,” stated Riveiro.
This season, Richards Bay has let up 15 goals in 13 league games. The Spaniard acknowledged that they were not expected to struggle against KwaZulu Natal, but he believes they are unfortunate most of the time.

“Well, 0-0 once more—clearly not the outcome we were hoping to achieve here today. Not a great way to start the game. Compared to us, Richards Bay had a more stronger and more cohesive start to the game, according to Riveiro.
We simply didn’t play the way we wanted to during the first 20 minutes or more of the first half. We improved our game management in the latter portion of the first half, and I believe we played a completely dominant second half.
“We had many opportunities to score and came close. Fortunately, it didn’t happen to us today [Saturday]. We aren’t exactly the luckiest team in the world when it comes to the last meters and the kind of game where you can sometimes even lose in one transition or one error. Even though we didn’t want to take one point, we can still go on to the next one.
