Perez’s former employer supports him in keeping his Red Bull job
There has been increased pressure on the Mexican driver to perform well and stay in the sport because his contract expires at the end of the current season.

Max Verstappen, a colleague, outerformed Perez despite the 34-year-old’s contribution to the team’s first-place finish in the world championship, ending with more than twice as many points as Perez.
