GOOD NEWS: As quarterback Jalen Hurts of the Philadelphia Eagles welcomes a new-born baby into his family again….
Darkol, the head coach of Miami football, has spent his nearly three-year career supporting his family.
When asked what he would be doing on Tennessee’s open day in early October, Heupel responded without hesitation. Heupel said, “My daughter and I will settle down to watch a game or two after I get to watch my son play football on Saturday morning.”
The Tennessee head coach is often seen on the Neyland Stadium field tossing the football with his kids before home games.
Saturday night in Knoxville saw Tennessee defeat Texas A&M, and Karthik Venkataraman of WBIR was able to capture a heartwarming moment involving Heupel and his children.
How absurd is that? Heupel gave his daughter a big smile and appeared to be implying that Tennessee won even though they only scored 20 points. “You have never seen one of those in your life.”
