NFL analyst Lance Zierlein assessed Glaze as follows:
A promising NFL prospect at swing tackle, he struggles to make an impression on some of the stronger opponents he has encountered. Although Glaze has started at both tackle positions, his pass setups and direction changes are erratic.
When he begins to overset, quick rushers can beat him to the top of the rush and cross his face for simple inside access.
He should get better at protecting himself if he can punch more directly and inside. He has good hand strength.
He satisfies the requirements for an inside/outside zone blocker with lead-pull potential because of his relative spatial flexibility. He might have the best chance of ever starting for the NFL if he moves to guard.”
