GREAT JOY: AS ALABAMA WR, JALEN HALE WAS RELEASED FROM…
Alabama WR is out of the hospital and releases a positive update following a knee injury.
Alabama football received positive news over the weekend.
Jalen Hale, a sophomore wide receiver, sustained a knee injury during Tuesday’s practice session. Head coach Kalen DeBoer described it as ‘significant’ and confirmed that Hale would be sidelined for the remainder of spring practice. DeBoer also mentioned that further evaluations would be conducted to determine when Hale could return to the field. In a statement shared on social media, the Texas native informed Tide fans that he had been discharged from the hospital. Hale mentioned that he was able to move around to some extent and was awaiting the next phase of his rehabilitation process.
“It wasn’t as serious as it could have been, so I’m grateful and appreciative for that. I’m confident that I’ll come back stronger than ever. Thank you everyone for your support,” Hale expressed in a social media update.
Alabama is relieved that the injury turned out to be less severe than initially feared. Hale joined Alabama as part of the 2023 recruiting class. Last season, he made five receptions for 148 yards, including a memorable 33-yard touchdown catch from Jalen Milroe against Ole Miss.
The entire Tide community eagerly awaits Hale’s full recovery.
