Josh Allen’s wife revealed to him that Jace is not his biological child.

The clerk stated that on Wednesday, January 10, the troubled Teen Mom persona showed up in court before a grand jury; however, she also pointed out that the system had not been fully updated with the new case data.

The clerk clarified that they had gathered sufficient evidence to move his case from district court, which handles misdemeanors, to superior court. “Felony cases are heard in superior court; misdemeanors, traffic violations, and other infractions are heard in district court.”

As previously reported by Okay!, David was placed under investigation following reports made by Jenelle Evans’ 14-year-old son, Jake, to medical professionals, law enforcement, Child Protective Services personnel, and his therapist regarding his stepfather’s alleged physical abuse of him. David was later accused of intentionally hurting a minor, which is a misdemeanor allegation of child abuse.
