Senior Chris McLean will once again be the team’s offensive leader for Jefferson, which finished the previous season with a 26-22 record and a 15-9 record in conference play. With a.381 batting average, seven home runs, and 44 RBIs in the previous season, the North Penn native from Hatfield led the team.Chestnut Hill, who had a.500 record in CACC play, struggled outside the conference and ended the previous campaign with an 18-27 record. As the new season approaches, the squad is aggressively addressing areas in which they can improve.
With its first season under its belt, Holy Family came in fifth in the preseason poll. With talent mostly from the Philadelphia area, head coach Kyle Davis expects a strong squad, drawing on his previous CACC coaching experience at the University of the Sciences.
