Morris and Kroy Biermann filed for divorce, ending their marriage as a result of their financial difficulties.
The marriage is irretrievably broken with no possibility of reunion, according to Kim, which is why she’s filing. She is requesting shared legal custody as well as primary physical custody of the children. Kim also desires the legal restoration of her maiden name and spousal support.
Story broke by TMZ. Kim and Kroy owe the state of Georgia $15,000 for delinquent taxes from 2018, in addition to $1.1 million to the IRS in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018.
Recall that in February, Kim and Kroy’s enormous Alpharetta, Georgia country club mansion—which was frequently featured on several reality shows—went into foreclosure, despite the fact that Kim’s daughters, Brielle and Arianna, refused their home would be put up for auction.
