CeeDee Lamb was a standout receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, but he erred in his expression of dissatisfaction earlier this season when the team was unable to use him in what ended up being a loss against San Francisco.
On Miami’s Christmas Eve, Lamb showed a growth in maturity by staying out of sight for the second and third quarters of the Dolphins’ 22-20 defeat, but he remained composed when talking about the matter in the locker room after the game.
“Started the game hot,” said Lamb, who amassed over 100 yards in the opening two drives, including a 49-yard touchdown catch-and-run. “I disappeared. It was strange for that reason. img_2476. “I disappeared”? How? When asked if the Dolphins defense had changed because he wasn’t effective at all in the second and third quarters, Lamb responded, “They weren’t doing anything.”
“Those second and third quarters were strange. Extremely peculiar.” Lamb ultimately finished with six receptions for 118 yards and one touchdown after being targeted ten times. However, he went four Dallas possessions without being attacked throughout that middle portion of the game. Lamb expressed his opinion on that without expressing any resentment or hatred.
“I feel like you should keep me interested if I’m going to be involved,” he remarked. Why Dallas Needs a Christmas Miracle Lamb continued, “We have to be explosive, adhere to the script, and be secure in who we are if we want to be the team we want to be. Maybe “sticking to the script” means, for him, not giving up the ball for four consecutive possessions without throwing to him.
They were amused until they realized the cost of why K-State didn’t lose any recruits before signing day, as explained by Chris Klieman. Even after a wild few weeks, the Wildcats managed to make it to signing day without losing any football recruits to other teams.
