Anthony Joshua Has Disclosed the Venue For His Potential Match Against Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua has finally disclosed the location where he would be willing to take on the current WBC world champion in the hopes of securing the highly anticipated matchup with Tyson Fury in the future.
For quite some time, Joshua and Fury have been planning a fight, but their inability to agree on terms for what would be a major matchup has often been frustrating.
However, it appears that they are now closer than ever because in his last two fights, Joshua has decisively defeated two of Fury’s former opponents.
The first was Otto Wallin back in December, who retired between rounds after taking heavy punishment, and the second in Francis Ngannou who was knocked out old inside two rounds last weekend.
When Fury fought those two men, they both gave it their all and only just lost on points to Fury.
Fury is next out on May 18 in an epic battle of the ages when he challenges Oleksandr Usyk for all four belts and the undisputed world heavyweight title in Saudi Arabia. Should he come through that, it is hoped he and Joshua could fight later in the year.
“It’s really up to them. I’m only a Tweet away. I’ll fight him his back garden. It don’t matter to me. Wherever, whenever, however, it don’t matter. I just want to deliver for the fans.”
