The most recent Ravens news: Top veteran Raven star confirms signing a one-year deal with rivals
The Los Angeles Chargers and running back J.K. Dobbins of the Baltimore Ravens, along with his agency Loyalty Above All, announced on Wednesday night that Dobbins will sign a one-year contract.
Throughout his NFL career, Dobbins has lived in Baltimore. He missed the previous three seasons because to injury, even though he participated in 15 games in his rookie campaign. He tore his Achilles tendon prior to the season, so he was out for the whole 2021 campaign. Before missing just one game the previous season—the team’s Week 1 match—due to an Achilles tear, he played in eight games in 2022.
Soon after Dobbins’ agreement with the Chargers became public, he tweeted, “Let’s do it.” He added a light blue heart as decoration to the tweet.
Former Ravens running back Gus Edwards will reunite with Dobbins following his signing of a two-year deal with the Chargers last month. In addition, Dobbins’ play will once again be supervised by Greg Roman, the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens from 2019 until the Chargers hired him in February.
