Oakland head coach Antonio Pierce intention to leave.
Two former players for the Oakland front staff recently revealed why they were leaving the team. For personal reasons, Davante Adams departed the Packers during the previous summer. That story seems to have changed in the same offseason that his friend Aaron Rodgers was traded to the New York Jets.
Rodgers thought he was at odds with the Packers’ executive office, which was one of the reasons he wanted to be traded from Green Bay. Rodgers was careful to criticize the head office’s treatment of older players when he announced on the Pat McAfee Show that he planned to play for the Jets. Rodgers claimed that when sportsmen grew older, the front office did not treat them with “dignity.”

“Listen to their remarks and look at the track record,” said Rodgers. “Whatever happened to Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb, Julius Peppers, Clay Matthews, and so on? There is just one approach to take. It’s a business; it’s acceptable if you don’t want to reunite with former clients. To protect the man’s honor, nevertheless, there are actions that can be taken. Let’s abide by the words we speak. I am the one doing it now because I appreciate it.
Regarding the front office’s operations, Rodgers has already sent warnings to Packers fans. During his time in Green Bay, Rodgers sent the Packers a list of players he thought lacked respect.
