Coventry City’s on-loan goalkeeper from Brighton & Hove Albion has expressed his strong desire to make his move to the Sky Blues permanent, praising the club’s passionate supporters, dedicated coaching staff, and welcoming teammates.
The 24-year-old shot-stopper, who joined Coventry on loan during the summer transfer window, has quickly become a fan favourite thanks to his consistent performances and commanding presence between the posts. Since arriving at the CBS Arena, he has kept several clean sheets and played a vital role in Coventry’s impressive start to the Championship campaign.
Speaking after their recent match, the Brighton loanee admitted that his time in Coventry has exceeded all expectations. “From day one, I’ve felt at home here,” he said. “The fans have been incredible, the coaching team has shown huge belief in me, and my teammates have made me feel part of the family. This club has something special about it.”
He went on to say that if the opportunity arose, he would be more than happy to stay beyond his current loan spell. “I’d love to make this move permanent one day. Coventry City is a great club with big ambitions, and I want to be part of that journey,” he added.
Coventry supporters have reacted warmly to his comments, flooding social media with messages urging the club to secure the goalkeeper’s future on a long-
term deal.
