In honor of their daughter Sterling’s approaching third birthday, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes say, “Baby Girl, You Are Loved.”
The pair jointly posted a video of Sterling Skye’s party on their individual Instagram pages on Sunday in advance of her third birthday on February 20.
In the footage of the seemingly tea party-themed event, the young girl, dressed in a pink frock with a red floral print, danced around, rode a ride, and gave her parents and friends hugs.

As shown in the video, a few butterflies made very pleasant visits, and Sterling spent a portion of the day wearing her very own pair of butterfly wings. Tea cup-shaped cookies bearing the birthday girl’s name were served to the guests.
“Today, we commemorated our Sterling Skye! ✨ It’s unbelievable that our 3-year-old will be here in a few days.” Against the hit song “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper, Brittany, 28, wrote a caption for the video.

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE last month, Brittany revealed that Sterling now has a basic understanding of what her 28-year-old quarterback father performs on the football field.
“My daughter enjoys seeing her dad play football, and she can finally understand a little bit of what’s going on and where she is. She pays attention, keeps track of his activities, and can see him from a mile away,” Brittany remarked.

She genuinely loves seeing him before the game when she goes down to the field. Every time I get to take kids to a game so they can watch their dad play football, I think it’s a really meaningful experience,” she continued.
Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, a son, was born in November 2023 and is also the parent of Patrick and Brittany.
